Subject	Rough Idle/Stalls

Message	My 93 n/a has been acting really weird, when i start it the revs drop to about 250, and bounce around 750 - 1200 (when its idling below 1000, the car starts to rattle), but occasionaly when I put it in neutral it will flat out stall, and take a couple minutes to get it going again. Only when its cold though. Anyone know whats wrong? I think its the fuel filter/spark plugs, but im kinda new to this :/ any help would be great
